Got Ps3 version and I havent seen any framerate issues. You should put an asterisk on that hate issue there.
My brother got this game on Monday going to the Launch event. I stopped by and played it yesterday and boy it lives up to and surpasses the hype!! Tuesday cant come soon enough now! He wont share so I might have to be there all weekend and leech some games in ;)

I just replayed the first Uncharted and beat it on Sunday night. I never got around to passing it my first go at it so glad to get this done before U2. Uncharted 1 is really a must have.

I actually Got the trailer from the JPN PSN store. Looks glorious on my 50inch 1080p Plasma. Really wish someone would put up subtitles though.
