Evidence? Your 4 mates dont count.

When you walk into someone else's house and pick their stuff? Yeah thats a silly Western RPG trope, but it really isn't hard to avoid. Just don't break into people's houses unless you know what you're doing.

Solo runs through BG trilogy with a Kensai Mage - that is as much fun as gaming has ever got for me. Utter bliss.

2ms? I dont think that low level would matter. Most TV screens only have latencies in the 30ms+ range. Even your squishy human nervous system is worse than that. Granted they all stack, but still.

Still feel like there's nothing I'd buy a console for, on either Xbox or PS4.

You can combine Google Earth with the brilliant and underrated My Tracks app. I record when I go for country walks then view them later on Google Earth.

OK, a few thoughts. Took me a while to get my head round this odd product, but in the end I think this is a real game changer. I have to say, if we see an international release, its enough for me to buy a PS4 over an Xbox (with some reservations).

Unit price is the same, but the cost of games is very different. Ouya is $100 but then most people never pay again for games. This is $100 but then you might pay another, say, $200 over the life of the machine on games.

iTunes match/Radio is totally different. You can stream music you already own or listen to a stream of music someone else selects for you. You cant, say choose an album you dont own and listen to that. its not a Spotify competitor.

This is very suggestive. I would guess a couple of things are true.

?

This is looking very much like a remake of San andreas

Agreed. Most simple game since vice city.

That's your take. Their stats show that 50% of Xbox 360 use is for non-gaming. You cant blame Microsoft for not ignoring that fact

For a moment I thought you were telling me you're an all-aware machine mind. I was scared.

2 new games represents exponential growth? Harsh.

Ultimately, if you spend £2K on a machine rather than $400, what do you expect?

Ok, so I translated the page from japanese via Google, and saw

if there's one app not to cock up...

Trouble with launch numbers is that the demand always outweighs the supply, so its hard to judge how that relates to real success. Best ever pre-sales could easily be down to better manufacturing processes rather than high demand.
