As an American abroad, I am aggressively opposed to region locking. It's extremely anti consumer and in my opinion should be illegal. If I buy a game from a foreign country, I shouldn't require an address there to play it and purchase content for it.

My burning podcast question:

Buying this day one, gonna be so great. SO GREAT. Also, it's cool to see it's coming out sooner than I thought.

What happened to this guy?

I was thinking more like this, but in reverse...

But tonight you will find out, the "earth" they are on is fake and is in fact a space ship conducting a weird thought experiment.... IN SPACE....

Its actually pretty likely. I had a friend who ran a youtube page of obscure blues/jazz music and hip hop artists ripped off the stuff he posted a lot.

An extra year could mean a lot to someone addicted to nicotine or other drugs, or currently taking a prescription medication that causes birth defects. Since a blastocyst can't be affected by what the mother does, keeping it in that stage for a year while she gets clean or gets well/switches to different treatment

Yup - I came to the realization that these were most of my friends. I partly blame myself because I'm a good listener and it takes me a while to trust people enough to tell them shit about myself that makes me look vulnerable. I attracted these kinds of people, essentially. Then when it came time to unload my thoughts

I just like to feel loved. I was the illustrator for 'Wonderbook' by Jeff VanderMeer

Don't use Facebook. Seriously, this is a company that "experimented" by placing feeds and ads on the feeds of people it predicted might be depressed to make them more depressed. It continues to sell personal information to advertisers and demographers after promising not to. The Zuckerberg entourage (Sharyl Sandberg

Neither did Moby Dick.

These are awesome and I want one!

It makes me sad that friends who are BSG fans, and were invested in the Pegasus storyline, are making FB posts supporting the CIA's use of torture.

Meanwhile, in the real fucking world...

When I was 13, in 1977, my mother and stepfather gifted me with a few science books on human physiology and anatomy—including sexual growth and development. This was their way to clue me in without having the embarrassing "birds and bees" talk.*
