Nope, the police prefer to kill unarmed people to burning libraries.
"in support of the Ferguson Public Library and in solidarity with protesters resisting antiblack state violence and white supremacy". Well now i pretty much have to buy it or else.
But they are not beating you over the head with it. It's a character that is just there, who's personal narrative is interesting and different than yours.
Being a man or being a women are delusions either way as they are socially constructed concepts. Anyone with half a dim bulb in their head can be a man or a woman.
So much douchebaggery in one comment. Not a fan of him but wow man, just wow.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOL! "Convenient" how you have to go all the way back to 1994 to find a case where a black guy was acquitted!
I didn't go home for Thanksgiving this year.
That's exactly it. Hatoful Boyfriend is clever and unique, both things that do not lend themselves well to cloning or repeating (which is kind of why I never bothered to see the Hangover sequels, incidentally). There's also a surreal quality to Hatoful Boyfriend using actual pigeons rather than the cartoony pictures…
If you haven't seen him live, you should, even if you're not particularly a fan. I've been a huge fan since I saw him perform in nothing but black bikini drawers & boots when I was a very little girl (thanks mom & dad for bad judgment). Anyway, his show is spectacular, especially his guitar-heavy shows. His guitar…

Thanks for the heads up. This looked like a cheap clone attempt of Hatoful Boyfriend like the millions of Minecraft clones that flooded and continue to flood the market. Glad to hear it probably is.
I can't help but just feel like this is more industry (and by industry I mean the entire industry, indies included) copycatting. Something becomes popular and gets some press (in this case, Hatoful Boyfriend) and everyone wants to try and capture a piece of it.
I'm torn. As much as I enjoyed Hatoful Boyfriend (and enjoy my Otome visual novels), a lot of the copycats (meat, sushi, bear dating...) did not have the original's charm and originality. This still looks like it could be fun, as it is about more than just weird dating. Murder mystery, yay.
