Stupid question. What do you do at their “store/gallery” in Houston, Austin, and Dallas? “We’re sorry, you can look at it, test drive it, but can’t order it here.” I must be missing a legal nuance or something about the process.

Local dealer has one for 62,000 right now!
I unhealthily lusted after one of these until I finally got to sit in one!. I’d either have to wear a corset or break my ribs to fit in the seat (bolsters are WAY too narrow for me). Might be able to pull it off when the prices come down and I can afford a wider seat.
Gotta love #9. Spent half my Army career wrenching on them and their ilk. Rock Solid, easy to fix, and manuals written on a 4th grade level.
If you're wanting to make a rolling apartment/zombie apocalypse vehicle with a better starting point, go with the M934 expando-van. Unfortunately, a good one starts at about 12…
Got one of those myself a few years ago as a commuter beater. You ain't kidding about the acceleration! Like a sloth on valium, getting on the interstate is a white knuckle ride!
Both as a customer and an employee.....Wal-Mart Tire and Lube "Express"
You may get your wish. Saw a commercial for this the other night. Lost in Transmission
For some reason, they're popular here in Hattiesburg, MS. I've counted at least 6.
I know how you feel about walking in to the dealership. I love walking in to the parts department and picking stuff up for my wife's project car and seeing the occasional "who let the riff-raff in?" look from the service customers. Which…
Gotta love some "Rent-N-Roll". Watched someone's get repo'd one day. They rivaled any pit crew except for leaving it sitting on blocks.
Not that I've seen (at least at the Gulf Coast ports). Most of the time, they hook a smaller line to the mooring line and the line handlers pull on it to get the heavier line to the bollard on the dock. Depending on the angle and where the bollards are, they may drop the heavier mooring line to a small motorboat that…
Ouch!
Thanks! Definitely like the peace of mind. The wife loves it, her first question: "Can we SCCA Autocross it?"
Nice, love that color!
I often have dreams (nightmares?) of owning a Maserati of this vintage, just for the sheer quirkiness of it. But then, I look at my dwindling checkbook due to the Schwabians and 2/4 wheel Bavarians that inhabit my driveway and garage, and like Dikembe Mutombo, quietly say "No, No, No, Not Today...."

Get one, you won't be disappointed. We managed to get a great interest rate, even with the negative equity in my wife's V-6 Mustang plus MaxCare and still lowered the payment 100 bucks. Insurance went up only 10 bucks a month!
Nothing really. When I did my homework, it seemed the 335 was the more unreliable one in terms of powertrain. I was jokingly referring to the whole "buy an unreliable luxury car from CarMax and get the warranty" articles I've read on here.
DeMuro, I blame you for this...
I'm with you. Tesla put one in a shopping center parking lot here in Baton Rouge. 6 car supercharger. There may be only 3 Teslas in the entire city (to include a P85D). Public EV chargers are popping up more and more. I'll consider a Tesla as soon as I can get one CPO, or when the prices eventually start coming down.…
Some say he taught Ray Wert how to dragon, and he finds all of Tavarish's cheap luxury cars. All we know is he's called the JalopStig (Stignik?)
Ours was too, had to have been built on Friday, after siesta. That thing was horrible.
