When I was in college, campus security was quick to bust up a black party (which was really just loud music and dancing) and sometimes they passed up white parties in neighboring dorms or common spaces where they could have easily busted a lot of underaged drinkers.

Any time the "black frat" threw an on-campus party, the school would bring in TONS of extra security guards. But for "white" frat parties it was just regular Campus Safety officers.
