Looking forward to this. Let’s hope it has controller support out of the gate.

Totally agreed! Incidentally, I dig your screen name, but shouldn’t it be Legless Legolas’s LEGO Lass? You only omit the extra s when you’re putting the possessive apostrophe after a plural noun ending in s, not for a singular and/or proper noun (e.g. Samus’s, not Samus’; bananas’ peels, not bananas’s wheels).

I do a very similar thing, though I have a list for “currently playing” (or at least started), and a “completed” list. I beat 29 in 2015, and 35 in 2014. I find it cathartic for some reason.

Alright, I’ll bite for $2.50. PS3 is still hooked up, so I’ll give it a go at some point :)

I just bought Stick of Truth because I missed it last generation, and it’s backwards compatible; man I hope it runs well.

Nah, that one ran fine on 360.

I think only the iPad version of “The Room” is free. The phone version still has the 99 cent in-app purchase to get the full game (which the game is totally worth).

You’ll be glad that you did; it alleviates so many headaches. For reference, I use a WD Passport Studio with my Wii U (and a y-cable for power), but there are cheaper options out there for sure.

Agree with many points in this article. Mostly the PS4 has been a great machine, but the OS functionality is where it’s lacking. Suspending games is an unbelievably great feature - and I’m so glad both XONE and PS4 have it - but there are a few glaring omissions:

1. As Kirk said, we still can’t change our stupid PSN

The hard drive space most of the consoles come with is paltry in most cases, but getting an external drive (or a new internal drive in the PS4’s case) is easily under $100; e.g. a 1TB external drive can be found for ~$50. A one time purchase for the ease and improved loading/asset streaming that hard drives provide

A nice surprise, but a tad pricey, and the lack of true backwards compatibility is a bit of a bummer. Still, I hope we see Gradius V!

*eventually that will fill up too :)

Sony needs to add support for external HDDs as well for game installs (just like XONE, and even Wii U!). I recently had to upgrade my internal PS4 drive to a 2TB because even 1TB is not enough when you buy all your games digitally; eventually that will fill up to. It is totally remiss for them to not support this in

Fair enough. Can we get the trilogy here in the U.S. on Wii U (or NX) then please?

Seems like the game delivered here is too slim to warrant its price tag, and the large cost for the season pass means you’re basically paying double to get a complete package, and that’s not even considering the fact that there is no real single player component. Maybe the GOTY edition will be worthwhile.

Man this is a great game on iOS. Maybe that means that MFi controller support will be coming to that version. That’d make it even better, though to be fair, it is one of the very few games of its ilk that actually feels fine with touch controls.

Get better soon Swery!

Maybe not quite $8 cheaper; that depends on where you live and if you have to pay tax for it.

You’ve got my interest piqued Mike. I usually don’t go in for call of duty unless I hear the single player has something really good to offer (like Black Ops 2).
