Well, in any case thanks for the info, I’m honestly rather surprised.

Huh. Didn’t know that!
Battlefield? Twitch shooter?
But you can’t play online without a PS+ subscription either, so what’s the difference?
Not to me. Difference is night and day after I switched my 40" 1080p to a 55" 4K model.
Not that hard, tbh. It looks like a mediocre PS4 games to me, watching the video in 2160p. I mean, Uncharted 4 gameplay trailers look tons better.
Up scaling from 1440p, though, apparently.
I changed my 4K monitor for a 1440p 144hz Asus ROG myself. The image quality is actually noticeably less crisp, but I couldn’t care less with all the performance improvements and smoothness.
Oh I know, after building a 4K-capable rig with SLI, SSD and all that. It’s a huge pain, and it’s not for everyone.
Well, I don’t have any problem with it being handled that way. Omitting loads completely is simply not possible at the current tech level.
Yeah, I don’t even care anymore after reading up about 4K blu ray omission. Would much rather spend money on a 4K player, or a One S.
Yup, SLI setup, two 780 Tis.
I didn’t really hear that. I think they allow the developers to go with 1080p and better visuals route, but I’m not sure.
Are you saying that if your TV doesn’t have 4K, the game will run in native 1080p and with better FPS? I kinda doubt that. PS4 won’t run better on a 720p screen.
PC with a SSD kinda does that. No eradicating, but it cuts them in half easily.
Not that hard, to be honest. Games obviously always look better when you’re playing them on your (hopefully) good TV, but here, it’s rather obvious that the visuals aren’t noteworthy at all. And if it’s running in actual 4K, it would mean that they could hugely improve visuals and keep the same FPS in 1080p, or go…
Eh, it doesn’t look all that great.
If they knew he was armed, and saw a weapon through the windshield, I’d say it was perfectly fine to shoot.
If they know the guy is armed, and see him in the car with a gun, I’d say it’s fine.
The style was closer to BF, but gameplay mechanics were nearly identical, if you consider shooting and everything. In BF1, though, it feels like everything is different.
