I swear I see a comment like that each year once reveal trailer hits. There are people saying that “it’s actually interesting this time”.

Considering how the series already put us in space and in warships, something tells me that it’ll mostly be a gimmick. A couple of space fights, some space-station invading, and that’s about it. It’s not like we’ll have a interstellar campaign or anything cool like that.

I think the weight feels right most of the time, actually.

They still massively updated the engine. Lighting looks awesome, for one. And the character models are damn sweet in some in-game cinematic scenes.

Battlefield has always been more technologically advanced.

Once again, not state of the art, not even close. But saying they look bad is plain wrong, they don’t. I can’t judge on visuals in this next game thanks to YouTube compression and all, but both Blops 3 and AW looked really great when I played them on the TV. Yes, the dated engine really shows in a lot of places, but…
