Dude, import laws are insane, so I wouldn’t doubt it if that is the case going through certain countries.

1700 is ridiculous. The last cruise we went on we paid that for both of us with the drink package. The nicer RC ships are nice but Carnival is still really fun for us and just so you pay attention to when the boats were remodeled you be on a ship that’s just as nice. Carnival also has pretty good food IMO.
I used to be that way. Then I seemed to switch bladders with my kids as we grew older. My son can go 18 hours between pees, I sometimes can’t seem to go 18 minutes. Used to be the other way. Kid would ruin a diaper before it was fully on.
REALLY damn small. The local dealership has a Korean show model. I took the kids to sit in it because I was curious if it could be a family vehicle. Watching my 7 year-old barely fit totally killed any interest I had.
Ugh just the thought makes me upset lol. I’m a test driver part time so I’m used to being in the car for near 8 hours at a time. I was getting antsy while on a train cross country. Needless to say nowadays I just wanna get to the destination as quickly as possible so I have more time to spend there.
Empty and in slow speeds it most likely gets reasonable range. However even empty in speeds with that frontal section the range will be quite limited. Fe same diesels in Sprinters and E-series use twice the fuel in highway speeds.
my guess is the range is low because it assumes a full load of cargo, and probably doesn’t bother with regen brakes.
Wait, I thought I was hesitant to purchase a BEV because I’m a climate-hating asshole simpleton.
It’s possible it’s underrated, or maybe they only allow for use of 80% of the pack like Porsche do for better cell longevity.
thats not hulk hogan, its hollywood hogan. The NWO shirt gives it away.
Tesla stock is already overpriced for what it was, a car company. It’s valuation even with the $100 billion fall, is still more than VW, BMW, GM, stellantis, Toyota combined.
If anything, the opposite is true. Tesla’s market value was always so far ahead of its actual growth prospects. What we’re seeing now is the market recognizing that it is actually impossible for Tesla to grow at the rate needed to sustain its market value. The stock has run up as Tesla grew from nothing to 2 million…
It’s high speed in all conditions and people acting like there aren’t a hundred other cars around them. Other cars who are also not paying attention.
If you look at how little mileage people actually do each year on long trips that would require the extra battery capacity of a pure EV, the production emissions take well over 10 years to reach parity with a PHEV.
powered by AI, whether we’re talking about self-docking boats or flying taxis.
My thoughts as well. Having Teams on Android Auto doesn’t really change anything. If anything, it makes things safer. People obsessed with work or required to work outside of normal hours already have Teams on their phone and are already staring at their Teams while they drive.
If you put a work program on your personal phone, that’s entirely on you.
They saw the Aztek and thought, “great starting point!”
As they are forcing us into the office three days a week, and I joined when a commute was not a thing, my commute is now part of my work day - so Teams being considerably more functional on Android Auto is going to be a huge plus.
2nd gear: it has to be hybridization that is key. If you get regular ICE drivers to switch to hybrids, you cut emissions while some of the “kinks” of EV ownership (charging infrastructure, range, cost) are ironed out.
