I can’t speak for building codes, but when you build the same thing over and over again it gets cheaper, faster and easier to build. It is like the Ikea of buildings. Independent design is expensive and slower to build, plus it makes the zoning/planning department work harder too. But with a copy paste design, it is

Personally, I think it is cool. Especially with what modern “architecture” is. Now cost and speed are preferenced, so we get a whole lot of the same thing over and over. I am also a big mid-century modern fan when it comes to houses though.

To be fair, I have a Lenovo and this is one of the worst new computers I have ever had. So not sure that is a great thing.

EV’s are cheap to make? Uhhh, then why are the more expensive than their ICE counterparts in almost all cases?

I would be in for an EV for my wife. But right now, the cost just can’t justify it. Her car isn’t new, but is a ‘13 with less than 95k miles. She gets around 45MPG and although we can charge at home, it would most likely be on a 110v outlet as our detached garage has barn doors and is a pain to get in/out of. Add to

Trevor Milton was that guy, yes. Also, his brother who is probably about as smart as a High School freshman (no knock on HS freshman) had developed a way to make hydrogen like 10x cheaper than ever before (or some other wild number). That was also a big part of their schtick. Turns out, he hadn’t, color me shocked!

I am sure some were at or close to 276. But do we really think they all were? Because I don’t think that.

I agree with your last part, but with a phone and what you said, there is a very convenient thing called location services. I must be really boring, my last picture was a recipe and before that, my daughter in a huge hiking backpack at REI.

I guess I am old and a “man yells at cloud” type guy, but really? All of them. I don’t watch any car YT stuff, it all seems like junk to me. And just to clarify, I am talking about the people that make themselves the main point of the videos. I will watch some informational stuff, but all the “personalities”? Someone

IS 500 is pretty sweet too.

It was an agreement to conveniently “rate” all their cars at the exact same HP, no matter what the actual output was. Which I think we know was more like 320+ at least since that is what the MK4 Supra was here. Maybe the Rx-7 was a bit down on power, but the 3000gt, 300ZX, GTR and NSX were all making more than that,

No, I am talking about cracks, potholes, bumps, unevenness and anything that would make the path being traversed not a completely smooth surface.

I don’t know how companies will do it, but one would expect them to try and smooth out that price issue. For example, if you have one model affected and you get 50% of your production from Canada they won’t just increase the Canadian cars 25%, but at least that entire model or maybe the entire lineup based on volumes.

Literally zero real world usage. This thing on a regular road would be a nightmare.

Yea, that original V8 version sounds like it wouldn’t be great. I guess if you really needed or wanted AWD then cool. But let’s not pretend the TT 2Jz version was only making “276 hp” it was closer to the US spec 330hp and we all know it. I did absolutely love that gentleman’s agreement in Japan though. “Wow, all

Even on BAT nicer example with a bit lower miles have recently gone for $16k. This one isn’t worth that much with add-ons, saggy headliner and worn interior.

I mean, I wouldn’t want to do that, but not sure what they could do with my phone that would matter.

My struts/shocks actually seem good, but the rubber boots are all ripped up and gone, so more preemptive. I also have no record of them ever being changed and my Highlander is at 296k miles and I have owned I have owned it for the past 150k miles or so. With that, I also need to do new end links as the old ones are

I doubt I could even fit this in my garage without modifications. My old Highlander is a tight squeeze and that is where I would need a car to be for a 220v charger.

I get that, but without a dealership model, the whole point it to build out what you want and have it delivered. There is nowhere to source other builds or have a dealer DX a car. So, this is really more of an inventory clear out incentive before the end of the quarter.
