He might end up in WEC/IMSA, those are better IMO anyway. But I know it doesn’t have the cachet of F1.

We need big rigs with swangaz, stat!

BOATS ARE FOR FISHING!!!

No idea honestly. Winds could have swept away all the soot and dirt. The roads all look clean and we can’t see the side that would have been closer to fire. But after all, there isn’t much to burn on sidewalks and roads.

Yes, but think of all the amazing press releases and insane ideas that would never come to exist. It would be like Tesla, if Tesla didn’t actually sell cars! What a future we could have...

There is always off-site storage too!

I agree with that, but he can frame the price increases as the fault of someone else or another country or something. His base will buy it, and he knows it.

Yea, pretty much. And then put the blame for increased prices on someone else. Simple slight of hand.

Yea, but tariffs are easy to frame to people that don’t know as “protecting” the US. It is just a slight of hand, that is all.

Yep, these are all true.

Would be a fun convo at Autozone with the counter person though.

Brad is the new Stef Schrader with mostly Porch most of the time. Also, that Cayenne is a salvage/rebuilt title, probably not the choice for someone who “knows jack about cars”.

If this was in the US, maybe. But shipping from Spain? I don’t want to deal with importing this thing. Any idea on value? though? This is almost impossible to accurately value.

I have only encountered it on hybrids from Toyota. Maybe it has proliferated with other CVT trans cars too? So maybe I wasn’t 100% right on this one.

25mph? Oh I wonder if they changed it? We did this on Ocean Highway back in ‘05 during senior week, not even sure what the speed limit is or was though, but we did keep it sane.

Don’t tell her until it shows up and then act surprised and confused! There is like a 10% chance it works. If it doesn’t, you can always sleep in the trailer!

Haha, not sure what the criteria are here in MD, but I know at least when I was 16 or so it was still legal.

Looks like this CR report is based on “nationwide incentives” so if Subaru doesn’t have any on the Fozzy, it won’t show up here. I think that may explain it combined with what you said.

Not sure on truecar.com’s data set, so hard to say what CR is using for theirs. I would assume they are using a bigger dataset from a company like S&P global, but maybe not.

It is way easier to hide or obfuscate tariffs than direct consumer taxes. Since tariffs are on the import side of things, it doesn’t show up as a line item on the good you are buying, even if it is the reason for the price increase.
