The amount of oil they produce and sell to burn elsewhere dwarfs the amount of fuel burned in their nation even at 100% ICE sales. This is like SA and their sports washing, looks great until you actually look at it. Get back to me when they stop producing oil.

Who cares? It is someone else’s money, let them do with it what they want if it makes them happy and doesn’t hurt anyone else. Which last time I checked, is exactly what this does.

EV’s (and Hybrid/PHEV’s) that were in a fire are much more dangerous than an ICE that was in a fire. ICE has pretty much been completely removed of all its potential energy an EV or other electrified, you literally don’t know what is hiding in there.

Yea, if my car was covered in that I wouldn’t want any part of it. Breathing that in after it has been turned into a powder in my ventilation system is going to be a huge NO form me. This is going to be an agent orange or abestos type if you ask me, no way this stuff is harmless to breath in.

$55k for a home brew swap that might get you a few laps at best and then who knows how long to charge? Yea, that’s gonna be a no from me dawg. Also, I wonder how battery thermal management is handled? This might be an ok autox car or time attack, but other than that it is kind of useless IMO.

You do know these lists are put together with actual sales data, right? So, if there were better average discounts, they would be on this list. 

If it is anything like my Hybrid, it should be fine. 296k miles on my ‘07 Highlander Hybrid. But obviously there are more failure points in the LC system.
