I think this means that she DID buy one. Put out the fake stuff to shield the real stuff. If I faked being a billionaire by a very easy to debunk manner, no one would know that I AM actually a billionaire! 

I live in Bmore city, so the want for authentic Asian food or Japanese food is not high. Though, my area, maybe more than some parts of the city.
