I am in the same boat. We have two paid off cars and I drive a ‘07 Highlander Hybrid with 286k miles on it. $50k+ for a car is insane to me. 

I saw one wrapped hot pink a couple of weeks ago, it was cool looking. Though, I would have thought it had a bit more power than it does. 

I mean, Tesla shows a gross profit on their revenue and has for quite some time. It took them a lot longer to have actual positive operating profit, but according to them, they have been making money selling cars for a while. But we all know Enron and other frauds have been a thing in the past.

EV’s are the future, they cost more and don’t make money, what an awesome product. There is literally 1 company that makes money on EV’s and I will be honest, I am kind of wondering if they actually do make money on them at this point since no one else can figure it out. 

I think we should come up with a Sov. Cit. convention on a cruise ship. Then, once they all board, send them to some random uninhabited island and see where it goes. Also, side note, there has to be at least a large portion of these people that have real mental health issues, right?
