I guess, but it seems to give people a false sense of security to the point that they aren’t paying attention, as is the case here. That is not a great system IMO. 

Yep, exactly what I am thinking. And as it works decently some of the time, it lulls you into a false sense of security, which is most likely happened in this case. 

I have used radar cruise on highways and that is fine. But I don’t see the real value in these unless you don’t have to do anything. I just did 14 hours and 700 miles from Sunday night to Tuesday afternoon and it really isn’t that bad, but I am used to it. 

I know it get a lot of hate, but the BZ4X juts got a killer lease deal today for most of the country. $0 down and $181/month for 36 months on MY ‘23, similar deal, but I think $210/month on MY ‘24. Working on one for my wife or maybe me, right now.

Yep, not only would the cars need specific hardware, but also software integration and most likely be of some similar shape/size/layout.

I have a feeling we are seeing how these companies will deal with any issues in their “self-driving” programs. Name it whatever you want, slap a disclaimer on it saying, “you need to be attentive” then look for anything that someone was doing that wasn’t driving (While using a self-driving feature) and then blame it…

Qualifications for Politicians are pretty stringent too, just need to have peaked in or around 18 years old and failed in private business. Those aren’t always easy to accomplish.

The amount of money that has been burnt by EV startups is staggering. People talk about wealth transfer, that industry has just transferred money from some rich people to others. It is honestly hilarious how terrible that whole industry segment is.

Hmm, haven’t experienced the order and store driver combo. The one thing I will say, and it was documented here, is that prices are ridiculous on these apps vs in store. We have a favorite place that we go to and the other week I had $150 in gift cards that didn’t cover a meal for our family.

Agree with that. I knew what you meant overall, but the w210 mono’s are just so nice compared to the ones in this article, IMO.
