Yes, that is true. If/when we move we will definitely look at both options and depending on the monthly payment difference it could go either way. Luckily we have a decent amount of equity now, so we have a decent downpayment which will/would help.

I was thinking MF Doom.

Overall, I would say it is different, but the same to some extent.

No, nor did they make them in Chinese prisons. This was some small component to a larger control unit. Who knows what else they make in US prisons and if they make any components that end up in larger units or elsewhere. Still a very similar thing. The government can arrest anyone they want, and some people in US

Haha, I don’t even know what it was when I was there in ‘05-’10, but no matter what it was published as, the engineering department was WAY worse. Ironically, I meet my wife there, but she was an English major.

Poor guy, I feel so bad for him.... /s

Agree that it isn’t chicken scratch, but you need at least $100k in profit to realize those full savings. I think it gets a bit more dicey with corps and what not, because even if you have $100k in profit, you are in a much lower marginal bracket, so you would need a pretty big profit to actually get to 37% from what

I don’t know all the details and I am sure they don’t want folks to know a ton either. But according to the ACLU US prison inmates produced about $11bn in goods and services for a pay of 0.13 to 0.52/hour. I am not saying they should be paid normal wages necessarily, but you can’t say slave labor is bad while doing

Yep, ain’t that the truth.

Yep, she was the same color too, gray brindle. Definitely a lot of energy, but she was never a yappy annoying dog that is the small dog stereotype. She loved to hunt for small rodents too, as was her breed in calling. They are also very athletic for their size as you mentioned along with being very strong, sturdy and

Now, let’s take a look at the labor that is being done in our for-profit prisons right here in the US. I feel like there might be a bit of a similar idea here.

Engineer and amateur tax enthusiast! That is quite the combo. I am a failed engineer (couldn’t finish my last 2 years and switched to business at Drexel) and now work in digital advertising. Good on you for volunteering to help folks with taxes. I used to use turbo tax or whatever, now I just send my stuff to our

I love it, but $10k is too much for me.

This is also true, haha.

Depending on the breed, small dogs can be great. A lot of terriers are smaller and absolutely bad ass. We had a Cairn Terrier and she was awesome.

Ahh got ya, I didn’t realize that as I don’t pay attention to him. Agree that telling someone to only go 15 or only pay cash or whatever is a flat out dumb idea.

Yep, if/when we move, we will probably go back to a 30 year and then refi to a 15 if it makes sense. I like the flexibility and at the end of the day, you can always make a 30 a 15 by paying extra.

I would believe you over me since you are a man (or woman?) of bird law! But at the end of the day, you would still need profits at some point to use this. Not 100% sure on how it works from a carryforward point. I was under the impression that it is only used in the year it was bought, but I could be wrong,

Yes, in that case it would work. But for some tiktok or random ass influencer it won’t. I always feel like the people that understand it are fine, but the people that pretend to understand it and who they are peddling this “trick” to, won’t be fine using it.

Yea, maybe, maybe not. Would most likely depend on how much you are trying to get. Same with home office (there are certain things that need to happen for it to be legit), you can do it, but if you get greedy, you might have a problem.
