Assuming it is an international only (not US) product, what is it?
Huh, apparently it is Brandy. I have two of their commemorative bottles, my sister lives in Southwest Harbor on MDI. So, she usually brings me a bottle every year.
Don’t worry, all the savings you get in gas from both money and pollution sense can be paid back via tires and microplastics.
I wonder if these will rust on delivery like the old sprinters?
What about Allen’s Coffee Liqueur?
Kind of sounds like Allen’s Coffee Liqueur up in Maine. My sister lives up there and I have a few commentative bottles (porcelain lighthouses in Maine), but that stuff is kind of weird and really makes you wonder, “who REALLY drinks this stuff?”
Pretty much all of them.
I could drive my wife’s hybrid to and from the grocery store on electric power only, up and down hills. Just because you can’t plug it in doesn’t mean it isn’t electrified and her hybrid is 11 years old. Newer ones can do even more on electric only. You will eventually use gas, but that is the same with a PHEV, just…
I don’t know where you live, but in most places around me they won’t pull you over for 10MPH or less over the limit and even speeds cams are 10+ over for a ticket in the mail. 10 MPH is not excessive and would never be classified as that on a highway. Speed it all relative. That would be like going 28 in a 25 zone.
Going downhill produces free energy. Same as it does in a PHEV or BEV. Mind you, both our hybrids are older, newer ones will be even better. Adding electricity via a plug isn’t emission free in most cases either.
Great deal, still too much though.
The model makes sense to some extent and in a vacuum. But it is very hard to operate at scale and apparently not actually feasible.
Yep, but the 250 GTO is the undisputed king of value in the car world.
Oh yea, they are trash.
I sure hope that is the case!
My wife’s hybird has an EV mode, my older one doesn’t. But I can still drive with no gas and the battery can be recharged via braking.
Carvana can hopefully fill that void.
Run flats suck, if you are selling brand new take offs you can usually get decent money back on them.
Yea, if you wanted them swapped for free they might not want to do that. But if you were buying new ones to swap they should be fine with that.
