If it’s a tax law violation, it is a crime that should be prosecuted. If this is widespread, they are all crimes that should be prosecuted. We have plenty of legal corruption built into campaign financing, but wherever it is illegal the legal hammer should be wielded.

If he said, “I’m a citizen” the stop would have lasted 30 seconds. The agents in this video were just doing their jobs. In this case the agents were not out of line in the slightest. I am sure some agents abuse their power, but that wasn’t the case in this video.

It was a border checkpoint, it wasn’t some random cops pulling somebody over for a sketchy reason. They were border patrol agents not “cops.” It’s no different than customs at the airport, the feds have a right to see what we are bringing into the country.

You are totally right and I owned that in my second post.  I watched some GP videos and it became clear that buttons were the exception not the rule.  I might even start following sailing again after a long reprieve.

I’m guessing you’ve never sailed. Your training wheels comment was amusing. Go volunteer for a crew as rail meat, you’ll have a great time, but you’ll also learn some respect for a “slow” mono hull boat full of tactile/manual controls. And you’ll find your “accuracy” comment was silly.
