I never saw it as an suv and still don’t. It’s a square box on a slightly lifted car chassis. It’s fine for what it is (excluding the transmission) but it’s hardly demonstrating the capability of an actual body on frame SUV like a 4Runner.

After I responded I considered the passion of your response and wondered if my experience amongst a handful of Jewish communities was unique.  It is not.

I am sorry you have been offended, but I am also aware I am not offending all Jews with my statement. I have a Jewish partner and I have attended more shabbat and Seders dinner than I can count. The vast majority of Jews in my life refer to themselves as white. Most of them have European Ancestry and fair skin.

I live with a Jewish person. She told me that, along with everyone else in her extended family and everyone else I have discussed Jewish issues with who happens to be Jewish. This includes professors with whom I studied the Holocaust.

The other side of this is most American Jews are white. For the most part, they come from European ancestry. It’s not like Judism has ever really been a race. The enemies of Jews like to classify them as a race rather than a religion, but reality doesn’t line up with that.

If you have all that great gear, just go out regularly and use it.  It self refreshes that way and is field tested.  Plus you get to sleep under the stars.
