Note to the guards: Suicide watch does not mean, “watch someone commit suicide.”

There’s a new Corvette? I wish you guys would report on it appropriately, sheesh.
Any take that says the C8 is a bigger deal than the Model 3 is a bad take.
I was thinking of something a bit more ambitious than 125 mph though! Class 43s have done 143 in testing but they don’t have great acceleration and don’t suit shorter trips, even though they’re now used for them. A TGV for example has a much better power to weight ratio.

Leaf-sprung Land Rovers have different spring rates left-to-right to compensate for the fact that the engine sits offcentre in the frame. They were originally based on the wartime Jeep. Epic project & journey by the way!

Isn’t wearing flip-flops, shorts and a trucker cap while riding a Hayabusa with an extended swingarm almost a standing admission to just about any reckless motorcycling behavior you can be accused of?
Really? Did you completely miss this part?
Ouch, that impact probably knocked his monocle out.

Helical gears are quieter, but because of the angle of the teeth, they produce axial thrust when under load - they want to move sideways along the shaft, or to push the shaft sideways. This necessitates…
One, you don’t have a right to drive a car at all, it’s a privilege. Two, You still wouldn’t lose your ‘right’, instead of an age limit though I would recommend a certain amount of training and more stirngent tests to drive high HP cars, RVs, SUVs, cars greater than a certain weight, etc.. instead of the free for all…
