I would love to see independent journalist/pilot try to replicate that time because I am very suspicious with constructor numbers.

If you can’t enjoy yourself equally in an automatic or manual Giulia QV, the problem is not the transmission.
GREAT attorney!
I think that my ‘05 Elise weighs right at 1980#, so...
The capability is already there. I imagine it looks better with 4 instead of 2.
To my knowledge, Volvo has never claimed nor advertised that they have “driverless” tech, only that they’re working to get there. This is in contrast to Tesla which has a CEO (who I love, BTW) that has retweeted videos of folks using the “autopilot” in a way which Tesla claims it shouldn’t be used.
I must disagree. My niece was a gymnast - not Olympic level - and she loved to get custom designed leotards for competitions. It was literally all she asked the family for for birthdays/Christmas for 3-4 years (they’re expensive, so it was more “please send contribution to ____ who makes these” and not “but this”). I…
Those camera guys are actually pretty damn skilled. Whoever is holding that belt is learning from one of the best in the biz. That work will put him far ahead from the camera guys at your local news station or ballpark when a job for NBC opens up.
Airbags are deployed by accelerometers. The location of the impact doesn’t matter, what matters is a change in velocity that fits in with certain programmed parameters.
I’ve got to call you out on the interior. Sure, they have lots of nice features, but they are absolutely stocked with crap-tastic plastic that shouldn’t be in a $30,000 vehicle, let alone a $60,000(+) vehicle.
First, you should use a sealant prior to the waxing. Sealants and waxes are the same thing, sealants are just synthetic.
If you can’t reach and push your seatbelt release, then you probably can’t cut a seatbelt.
One thing is always certain - people will make mistakes. Manufacturers have a duty to make sure, within reason, that those mistakes won’t kill people.
For reference, our Formula 350SS, which has 2 8.1L engines (non-supercharged, but fuel injected), and is not nearly as fast or powerful as the Cigarette above, uses gas according to the following chart:
Rubber parts are “consumables” based on the inherent deterioration of rubber, even when it is well designed and manufactured. These replacements are to be expected. Hell, so many people drive Volvos forever, that the aftermarket guys started selling the gaskets by themselves to save the cost of a new oil cap/gas…
Lotus has traditionally had parent companies who enjoyed using Lotus as a place to hide losses. They would often send the R&D costs for non-Lotus costs to the Lotus balance sheet, assign unreasonably large overhead to Lotus, etc.
I’m glad y’all had the sense to get the F out of the way in case the strap broke. I have seen those completely decapitate a pickup cab and the person inside. It was not a pretty picture.
Gas isn’t going anywhere. The Iranians are pumping and shipping oil waaaaay faster than anyone predicted. Add in the Saudis who are pumping oil as fast as they can to finance their regional aspirations, and the oil glut will continue.
Rather (if you know) what advancements in design and manufacturing.
The speakers don’t look half-assed in there, heck it looks like the whole deal is probably removable. And the wheels aren’t THAT bad.
