Why Biff so mad?

The only reason I would say that Phelps is not overrated is because what he did was so damn impressive and difficult. So someone who has coached a world champion sprinter and how difficult that training was to be successful day in and day out was hard. Plus just the race schedule at the championship meets.

As a swim coach, and someone that was ranked in the top 25 in the world at one point in the 50 free, I do find all this hilarious and amazing. Thank you
