When you create a whole new market, yes you kind of do. Yes the basic concept is all the same, but the idea was revolutionary and had not been done before. Email vs snail mail. Same concept two radically different markets.

Not really because when companies do cause direct harm or breach upon individuals natural rights they tend to not stay in business very long and in return to not make money. It would be poor business practice.

I don’t feel bad for Austin and they can dig their own grave for this kind of thing. Thats how capitalism works, its not a “temper tantrum”, its the right of the company to not due business in the city that does not allow them to run as they please. Look at any other companies that move states from high tax states
