I think this video did the best job of transitions that I have seen from one take to the other. I really enjoyed it.

At the school that I worked at most of the strength coaches were on “get back” duty the whole game. Which is to control the sideline and make sure players stayed on the sideline. That way the position coaches could do their job and the strength coaches were more or less security.
