Look, none of them care about babies or whatever. The hypocrisy is obvious since they try to destroy Medicaid and any childhood programs.

Rarely a day goes by that there’s not a chance to use this:

Not to mention that poor kids often grow into incarcerated adults (to fill up private prisons) or join the military (to become cannon fodder). That’s good for stock portfolios.

I don’t think enough people understand this. Women suffering is a feature, not a bug,

Yeah, more poor kids is a feature, because that’s more people for them to feel superior to. These are the same kind of people who want to ensure tipping remains a thing in restaurants so they can make some poor schlub dance to ensure that bump from 15% to 18%. The more people you feel superior to, the better of a

Karen Vecchio was just confirmed, so this is kind of old news. And Ontario just joined the growing list of provinces that will cover the cost of an abortion pill. Honestly, this sort of news is what’s keeping me sane.

And every GOP “healthcare” plan wants to defund prenatal and obstetric care.

Less birth control + less access to abortion = more pregnancies (unless you’re a anti-abortion Republican lawmaker with a pregnant mistress you’re pressuring to have have an abortion) so less women in the workplace! Yay fragile male egos that don’t like to be challenged!

I used to think this was a contradiction too, but now I suspect that both are just symptoms of a system that wants to limit womens rights by removing control over their bodies wherever they can. They dont actually give a damn about religious moral convictions or aborted babies, those are just convenient tools.

They don’t care. Sandra Fluke testified on how her roommate used birth control for her PCOS. And somehow that turned into a GOP narrative about how Fluke was a slut who was asking the government to subsidize her sexxing.

I was not on birth control for more than maybe 5 months from when I became sexually active at 18 until I was 25. I had bad reactions to birth control the first time and decided that my 15% body fat (at the time) and resulting seldom periods was sufficient pregnancy prevention. I made a gynecologist appointment the

They don’t give a shit about abortions or babies. It’s all about punishing those slutty slut women for the fucking apple. Having sex must result in a baby or they don’t get their punishment.

Do they not know that bc is used not only to prevent pregnancy but also by people with endometriosis and PCOS (among other things)? I mean, do they want people with the symptoms that I have to cramp so badly that digging their uterus out with a spoon seems like a good option? Do they want us to bleed for forty-five

Not if they’re black, though. Or Latinx. Or Indigenous. Or in a low income/state run facility. Or are high risk infants born from substance dependent mothers. Or...

Don’t worry guys. The pro-lifers and republicans are going to come to the aid of all of these unwanted children! They’ll feed, clothe, house, and educate them. They’ll provide all the nurturing and support they require. It’ll be tremendously fine.

Without Planned Parenthood’s help I would have to pay for a very expensive (at least for me) birth control pill due to other health conditions. Before Planned Parenthood set me up I had insurance that covered it almost completely. After I didn’t have that anymore I would have been spending more on my birth control

Hey Pro-Lifers, remember this will lead to MORE abortions.

I love Winona, she’s truly never been an attention whore, not even when she was the It girl in the 80s and early 90s. I miss the days of not knowing everything about a star.

Yeah...whatever they did in the editing stage is not good.

I did not recognize her in that photo. :(
