No, I think being cold and clinical is accurate and your statement ignores men who aren’t attracted to breasts. This book puts the two “reasons” (feeding children and male attraction) on equal footing which they absolutely are not.

But it’s not a fixing of the miniseries - it’s a completely new book-to-screen adaptation. They based it straight on the source material because the novel had never been made into a feature-length film. It’s a totally different animal.
