I wonder if Sony will be employing some kind of machine learning type process to collect clips from users who pop the trophy to fill in the hints. With the console always recording there could be a way to automate this so devs don’t need to manually do it.

The base game has been $5 for the past few months which was kind of a red flag that something was in the pipeline.  Destiny 2 did something similar right before it went free to play.

This is very much a headphones game, I was towards the middle part of the fourth act when I realized.

They can delay ff7r until they have a roadmap to release the remaining 7/8ths of the game.  Not really confident to buy in on a game that may not even be finished in the next decade.

Kind of a great problem to have tbh.

Here’s hoping the ps5 includes disc based backwards compatibility for ps2/psx. Not going to hold my breath on native ps3 due to the cell processor, but man would I love replay Xenosaga with some upscaling.

One thing worth noting: xenoblade chronicles 2 did address some of the quality of life criticisms, while adding tons of new content/new game plus.

After revisiting FFXII in the recent remaster, I REALLY want the next game to return to Ivalice. I really dig the Victorian Crystal-punk look, and would love to play in that setting but also bring back (changeable) classes and a turn based battle system.

This mini-game shares a special place in hell with FFX’s lightning dodge.
