This is good, but honestly I don't see it going too far for Mazda. Competition is always a good thing, but people who buy them do so because they're unique. If they share platforms, I think that'll be lost.

I think it’s just hyperbole. No matter what you think of him, Trump is a master of social media manipulation. Since the media arguably have given up their jobs as journalists and mostly just publishes tweets and reactions to tweets, Trump has figured out that he can say the most outrageous things (whether he believes…
Buddy, you ain't gone out drinking with me and my Roomba. My Roomba gets fuuuuuucked up.
Not just that, if I were on strike and had to read reports about the investigations of UAW leaders misusing funds while I was diping into savings I might not really have much desire to continue not earning money. The union may not have much leverage here
Alanis, I really think the “blah” you talk about is entirely in the mind of the beholder. Cadillac’s cars aren’t just decent, they are really good. Jalopnik, for example, agreed with the rest of the auto media that the ATS was as good as the 3 series. And they look really good (yes, that’s subjective, of course, but…
I currently drive a 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0T with manual transmission. It drives and handles beautifully. My two biggest gripes are the touch-only user interface and the LTG’s tendency to blow pistons when you add power, things that shouldn’t be a problem with this new rehash.
It’s a RWD GM platform, the LS/LT engines will fit.
Psh Ford is still paying quarterly dividends of $0.15. Not bad for a ~$9 stock.
Yeah, if there’s one thing that I’ve learned over the past decade since the last Great Recession is that you really don’t want to put too much stock (heh) in Wall Street gurus. Everyone of them wants to be a Gordon Gekko. While Ford’s been a screw up as of late, it’s still a solid company with profits and huge cash…
1st Gear: Wall Street sucks. “Oh noes, you’re trying a big restructuring that will take a while to play out? You’ve got an EV deal with VW that might turn out great? Who cares! Let’s look at your quarterly numbers and see how you did over the last three months... Off with your head!”
Actually, the F-22 and F-35 are working exactly as it was designed, which is funding/job security.
If spun off into its own brand, Corvette should follow the Porch model and make several different models that all look exactly the same, say “no, no, they’re totally different cars,” and then make a four door version that should absolutely be a wagon but they refuse to make it a wagon, and then pop out a bunch of SUVs…
Welp, someone is about to get a Cease & Desist from Disney/Pixar over leaking the plot to Cars 7. Stories like this car seriously hamper excitement over the straight-to-video market.
There are a few races on that list I wouldn’t mind seeing dropped in favor of Germany. France, Abu Dhabi and Sochi? Toss ‘em all!
F1's travel demands are a lot higher than Nascar. I think it’s amazing how the teams manage to go from Australia to Bahrain in just two weeks with all the shit they have to ship, and they do that 4-5 times in a year. I think that’s a major technical hurdle in itself. There is someone who’s life is seriously shortened…
Ok let’s add the stipulation of under manufacturers warranty. Or let’s just take this super literal and then question every part.
