I watched a few video reviews on the latest trucks. The Ram, especially in top trim form, is stunning. If you need a truck for work or personal projects and you want to drive around in luxury and comfort, you can’t do wrong with the latest Ram truck. It’s no wonder many are trading in their expensive luxury vehicles

Ram is giving out zero-down leases like candy too.

I think a lot of people were surprised by the success Ford had with the Ecoboost V6 as the vast majority of the F150s sold have one of the two turbos. Still some diehards out there that swear by the robustness of an NA V8, but seems the vast majority of people are fine with the technology.

I would expect Chevy to continue selling the traditional front-engine V8 Corvette

With Cadillac having the mid-engine IMSA cars out there now, I wouldn’t be shocked if it was branded as a Caddy, instead of a Corvette.

the only snag is the car is supposed to be a Corvette and the key had a Cadillac badge

With the cancellation of several Cadillac models.....there is only one explanation for this.

Tom - Thank you for this article. Not only does it make sense and a counter argument to comments, it’s also not sensationalized and very well thought out, unlike a lot of Jalop articles as of late. I continue reading the comments of the GM news articles and bash my head against my keyboard at the keyboard warriors

Yet you’re here.

I’m surprised you even liked something to begin with.

Cool. Go away then

Your not. People just like to voice their negative opinions and people that are pumped tend to not comment

I’m in the minority here- I’m excited to see this season.

Reading between the lines here.. Any chance these are built overseas after US production ends?

Solstice, new GTO, and G8 to name a few.

True, but Tesla has been taking a lot of the high-end sedan market. Instead of trying to compete, GM puts out the frumpy Bolt and some very non-specific plans to have 20 electrified vehicles four years hence.

That one has me legitimately scratching my head. They had to have spent a pretty penny on the new 4.2L TT, and that engine has to work to eventually replace the LT family one day. They can’t be killing the V8 as well.

I’m guessing they didn’t expect the customer to call the local news station? They’re idiots.

The only upside to Logano winning the championship is that Roger Penske gets to enjoy it.

I said an audible “holy shit” when he drove it in that deep and it stuck. He drove in 6 car lengths deeper than Truex.  Smart move by the #22 team. Stats show that there’s usually a caution with 20 or so to go, so they set their car up to run like a scalded dog for 20 laps.
