The key to effective investment is recognizing the point in time when the psychology of the masses and the financials of a company are at odds with each other and acting on it appropriately.

*BOOP!*

I have 10,000 shares of F with an average cost basis of around $2. I could have cashed out a while back, but I believe the long term (15-20 years) will reward me handsomely with respect to overall value as well as dividends. I’m in for the long haul. They need another Alan Mulally.

Yes, I’m going to be THAT guy. To me, the headlight and side profile scream Mercedes SLC/SL.

I can’t place why...but I can conjure no feelings at all for this car. Not good, not bad just; Hey...there’s that thing.

Except Canada was invited...

Darn. If you had said “Nazi” or “Cheeto” I could have won Trump Derangement Syndrome Bingo.

I still enjoy watching it.

The Glen is far too outdated to host F1, the costs to update it to F1's requirements would be enormous. I think I heard that beside COTA, Road America is the track that is best suited to host F1 and even it would need renovations and updates.

Chrysler 300 with the hemi. There are 10+ year old ones for $5000.

$6k Dodge Magnum V8

With a budget of only $5K you could get an immaculate Lincoln LS and still have $4K left over. These things have no resale value at all.

But at a current 5000-6000 model 3s per week with an estimated $12k-$20k in profit per car it is worth looking at.

But he made a flamethrower and is making board shorts...

Thanks for writing about these people and their cars. I’ve seen a few restorations like these—even a Chevette, but it’s been a while since I’ve seen itadmire the owners and wonder about their thinking. In that regard I’d be interested in reading a more in depth interview with some of them.

I'm admittedly a little behind on this topic, but have we confirmed that the mid engine car GM is testing isn't going to be Cadillac only?

It doesn’t bother anyone else that teams aren’t allowed to make their cars faster? Or more efficient? I can’t stand watching nascar because you’ve got all these models of cars and they all look exactly alike. I’d much rather they run actual bodied cars from the car manufactuers. Throw whatever engine in it you can. By

The cat and mouse between the teams and officials is just about the only thing that makes NASCAR interesting anymore. That and France family member drug arrests.
