I 100% understand. I still race karts to this day. Its the only thing that warded off the depression when I was driving my ‘01 Malibu to work every day.

I was hoping someone would post this. I remember watching this live and looking at my dad and asking “Is he going to be in trouble?”. Even as a kid I knew it was no bueno.
Ah, necessity. How it can break even the most hardened petrolhead. You go from smoking rears and banging gears to soccer practice and hauling garden lattice. Young us is going to be so mad at old us.
WINNER!!!!
At what point do we chalk it up to stupid people living above their means? Do we prevent the banks from allowing people to borrow 17-25k over a 96 month period? Or do we send the people that WANT to borrow 17-25k back to economics class to show them how they are literally ruining the world? Maybe give them a wedgie?…

LOL I am thinking some tough love may have to be in order. Some day he will come back and thank you for not helping him.
I didn’t even know these were a thing. Now when I see fake vents and smoke light covers, I will know to look for fake calipers as well. Once again, you have provided a great service to the public. Thank you.
I was disappointed when the dealer did not have any Caddy ATS’s with a Manual on the lot. Had to go with the automatic. I am sorry, I failed all of you.
I laughed so hard. I love the internets.
Such a good post. This is the boat I am in. Several years ago I needed clean reliable transportation. Couldn’t afford performance. I picked up a 2001 Chevy Malibu LS in 2009 with only 6000 miles for $4500. Deal of the century! Now im itching for jalop car. I will drive the current car until it dies or I find the exact…
Does it baby?
It looks pretty well put together. For the right guy 15K US is a pretty fair for what it is. It is not as though it is a hodge podge of separate parts. They all seem to come from the correct family tree.
“GT 40 La Sarthe edition” Send all copywrite checks to Bergh223....
Im wondering if it has to do with the aero pacakging. With the channels that pass through either side of the green house I am not sure they could get the exhaust to exit at the rear. Im thinking they would have had to compromise something else. If the rules allowed them to blow the diffuser, maybe it would be worth it…
That is true, whats the use of making a good wage if you have no time to spend it.
I was astonished to see that dump truck drivers were getting $200,000 a year. Makes me rethink my entire life.
Im sure the choice of GTLM over GT3 is so that they can go back to LeMans. Its gold for marketing. Once they get their cars sorted, I am wondering if they will start selling GT3 spec customer cars? GT3 is exploding. Selling 10+ GT 40 GT3’s could help fatten that profit line for ford as well as strengthen the brands…
I hear ya. My main concern is how much safer do all these pieces of tech actually make a car? My understanding (which could be wrong) is that these auto braking systems only work when the car is going less than 30 mph correct? We just heard about Jeep possibly having a recall for problems with their auto braking…
I was thinking the exact same thing. I would gladly pay 20-30 bucks for the season to have the privilege of not having to watch adds. At the very least keep them to every 15 minutes. They were cramming them in there after lap 50.
