My takeaway from Sipowicz’s posts is he’s saying which version of a story you believe isn’t the same as what you can prove. Personally, I believe Bennett’s account is accurate. But as the commenter above is saying, that’s not always enough to be actionable in an investigation or trial.

He absolutely is not calling him a liar. He is just withholding absolute judgment pending further evidence. Like he said: the video does not depict ALL the things Bennett alleged.
