@lilgamerman: It just don't pay to be an early adopter. That $150 could have bought a kalimba or telescope or something that wouldn't make you feel empty & disappointed after the first 24 hours.

@WFROSE: Whussup with Sunday?
And with this, we're done with the Kinect coverage! Hooray! You guys did a great job. Now please, tell me about some games I might want to purchase. Preferably in the <$150 range.
There's a rumbly in my tumbly! Time for something corporate!
Dancing's something you do for fun. You dance to dance. I think that attempting to learn how to dance in a by-the-numbers fashion kinda defeats the point of dancing. So, play this game for enjoyment, not enrichment.
Nah, my boss is friends with me on Facebook. The last thing I need is him getting an update about how my Chobo needs feeding.
@-Silver-: I wanna draw a tree! But it looks like this is expensive middleware for professional applications...
Man, Ultima Underworld 1 & 2 were my jam! There weren't any other games out there that gave you that 1st person roguelike fight or die feeling. I haven't played Minecraft yet, but I expect it to feel pretty similar.
@Vexorg: One Must Fall was the shit, as was pinball and a bunch of other Epic games. Their ability to squeeze great graphics out of any system has always been what's propelled them. But I gotta hand it to Apogee, especially since they published early id games like Wolfenstein and Commander Keen, and the 3D Realms…
@Rutty14: If he can't give you a straight answer yet, you probably shouldn't bother with it. For instance, I'm only 1/2 way though Castlevania LoS (busy life lately) but I can already tell you ZOMG GET IT.
@Eseph: I really, really liked the Riftwar novels, but I read 'em a long time ago, so I can't remember much about 'em and my tastes have changed a lot since then, so I can't recommend them unreservedly.
@DemiGodRaven: Hey, so you are! It's funny that you profiled that Daeve dude in your "judging a book by it's cover" article, because the first thing I thought when I glanced at his photo was "Frank Zappa with corpse paint on."
Dude, wow.
@pretttt: It's the little pencil under your (lack of an) avatar.
Nightmare: The Video Board Game!
@Zegridathes: Thanks, mang. I'll try that out.
@Cloral: @shadowfox931: @AvenueOfTheStrongest: @Zegridathes: Awesome tips, y'all, thanx.
So I don't know a lot about metal, but apparently this is a bigish deal: Tom Gabriel Warrior from Celtic Frost / Triptykon Likes the band I'm in, Ganon, and recommends us in this interview. We played with Triptykon a few weeks ago and he demanded we let him buy our CDs — he wouldn't let us give 'em to him. Cool and…
@RYAMATSU: "Man, the pressure on my eyes was indescribable."
Goddamnit, I HAVE this game, but I'm too intimidated by it to play it. There's just too much to know, and it's too easy to die, and I got in way too late.
