I just imagine all these people thinking, "How hard can it be? You're off by 3 and have summers off. This isn't hard to do at all" but don't want to do anything at home to support the child's learning. 

I completely agree. He's self taught and it shows. Put his work next to someone like Lisa Eldredge (she actually does makeup on people who appear on the cover of Vogue, etc) and you'll see how much he's lacking as an artist.

I never paid much attention to the Spice Girls, so I’m confused about something I read on another site. People were commenting that it was obvious Geri and Melanie were in an off and on again relationship throughout the group's time together. I'm so confused by that. What signs were there? 

I understand, but the consequences of that choice and when a person must explain to some child’s parents that their child was left behind because the child was scared is not going to be an easy one. Put yourself in the place of a parent who would hear that. 

Active shooter training at schools is so fucked up. The Homeland Security guy who did active shooter training for the school I work at told us we would have to fight off the assailant and we’d have to leave kids behind. It was bananas. He also organized our evacuation for fire drills and it is an even worse cluster fuck than it was before.
