Why not just buy the 1.4 35mm CZ and put it on your A7MII and call it a day? Would cost about $2000 less and give you a far better and only slightly less compact system.

I really don’t see this as much tidier than an A7MarkII with the 35mm Sony Zeiss, but the A7mII is far more capable.
