My mind is blown that you interpret this trauma as a result of being sheltered. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

Come on your talking two different situations and taking her out of context. She said she deserved the suspension because of the position she put ESPN in, not because she was wrong, not because she regretted her words, not because she was denying anything she said. She repeatedly said she stands by what she said and…
It’s Prince.
I’ve seen this episode of Atlanta, it’s Justin Bieber.
Or was found in Sacramento, a week later.
When reached for comment, Arizona’s attorney, “Miguel Sanchez,” referred reporters to his partner, “Lionel Hutz.”
Coming soon to a deposition/witness stand near you:
Always upvote Phil Hartman. Always
I can’t wait to see whatever bit he does to address it on his show.
Man, Carol Channing looks really good for 97!
Look, you’re right and you’re wrong. I missed the broadcast last night, but I’ve heard Bill Walton call enough games to know what you’re talking about.
Would be cool if he started doing a couple games a year. NBA is fun, and he makes it more fun.
I’ve really enjoyed the Players Only broadcasts where the only commentators are former players. No real “play by play” just analysis and discussion.
You missed some great moments! Walton called Kerr “a giant among shriveling midgets”, his comments on Nurkic (“That’s a big dude out there! That’s the best I’ve seen him play!” Dave states “This is the first time you’ve seen him play” Walton again, “Well yes”), that in his time in Portland for this he’d seen five…
Look. From the perspective of, “Does he add interesting information about the game at hand,” Bill Walton is the fucking worst commentator ever.
I think it was supposed to be as a joke, but I’m still convinced that Pasch and Bill hate each other’s guts, there was some serious tension in the broadcast booth.
I know lots of folks would hate it, especially for the NFL, but there are so many NBA game broadcasts in a given season, that having the “rambling, funny, knowledgeable goofball” commentator should be at least a semi-regular thing.
I saw that Walton was trending on Twitter last night and was genuinely worried he had died or something bad had happened to him, and then genuinely thrilled to see the real reason.
He was incredible last night. Helped that the game was really good too. The drinking game was “Drink every time he compares Steph Curry to Mozart or Kevin Durant to Steve Jobs.” The best part was definitely that he didn’t bring real notes, just homemade memes.
