@Ian Derbyshire: In the UK that would mean you take ownership of the car and some of them are there on the basis that they will never be returned to the road. The yard have a special licence to operate and they retain ownership of the chassis, the VIN and the registration number.

@schivvers: We got the engine and tranny, they remove it for you to limit the tools that you need to bring.

@koolykool44: The Skoda Superb is based on the Passat/A5 platform so it's quite a bit smaller but it's still bitching and amazing value.
