At this point, it’s gonna have to be the most underhandedly monetized, micro-transaction-y nightmare game to ever possibly recoup their losses that it’s essentially impossible for it to do well.

Well, as much as it sadden me too, at the base, the game was never suppose to be single player. The single player part was Black Flag, so I understand that they still sticking to the multiplayer aspect of it. For better or worse.

This thing was suppose to be a multiplayer spin-off of AC Black Flag, a story driven game with pirates. Great one too, you should check it out ^^

I was a dev on this game; it was my first full-fledged credit in the games industry. Some of my fondest memories in my career are from working on it. We got away with a lot of weird stuff we wouldn’t get to do on future titles.

Never played Sims 2 but it does remind me of The Urbz - Sims in the City on DS. Story wasn’t anything to write home about but I thoroughly enjoyed those mini games you played to earn money.

I’m expecting that it will be a microsoft character based on the hints microsoft has been dropping with switches hidden in the background of their videos but for the sake of curve balls I’m guessing it will be Kratos and the internet will actually crash from the news.
