Might be, but Mark Hamill is definitely voicing the dark echo too, that is new recording. Also, Mark can get his voice to sound like a younger luke pretty easily still too.

That lightsaber is Luke’s/Anakin’s blade. The one Luke lost with his hand in Empire Strikes Back.. Starting to look like that rumor is true...
