No kidding. I thought Ally Sheedy or Andrew McCarthy were supposed to be the "real" actors in that group.

I didn't think I could love Rob Lowe any more deeply after his performance as Drew Peterson in that Lifetime movie. Now I know I was wrong. He was perfection in this.
Lots of viewers definitely hold female characters to a higher standard. The hatred that was aimed at Kate on Lost or is still aimed at Betty on Mad Men can have such a personal intensity to it, as if the characters have wronged people IRL. Yet when it comes to Don Draper or Ben Linus, viewers seem more able to view…
The taping thing is the most horrifying detail for me so far. Probably because I'm claustrophobic, but the idea of just having a hole to breathe through while the rest of my face was taped... I wish I hadn't read that.
Pfft. I doubt it will compare to my true love The Client List, which has taught me that sex work involves glamorous costumes and $50K jobs and the clients all look like they stepped out of a Chippendale lineup.
Signs of dirt excavated in the backyard? Are they implying there were other women who died?
I'll email you!
There used to be one in Phoenix. I'm not sure what happened to it or how many of us there are anymore.
I'm addicted. I never wanted to spend $15 a bottle on nail polish but oh god, I just love it so much.
Ugh, self-tanner stains on nails are the worst. I may be trying that.
Since you asked - Butter's Rosie Lee on my fingernails (think Dorothy's ruby slippers toned down a notch) and Kerfuffle (a bright pale coral cream) on my toes.
I've been thinking the same thing. Kind of surprised. Are people that swayed by a young face?
I prefer to see Mary return to her old scandalous ways. I don't want her to settle down with someone else, not yet.
I use Frownies for my genius wrinkle. They do work - but it takes a month or more to see a softening of the line, and mine was not terribly deep in the first place.
Dodai published a post a few months about a very inexpensive slip on Amazon that looks sort of Maggie the Cat.
Don't forget his role in the Borgias.
As a freelancer, I would find it very odd if a client needed to visually see me in their office. I will go in as needed for meetings, but there is no reason I would show up there just to work. If anything, I think getting too "on site" with clients can lead to blurry boundaries and unrealistic expectations.
Agreed. I've never found Don that charming or sympathetic, and it's not just the cheating. It's yelling at Peggy and throwing money in her face. It's leaving in the middle of his kid's birthday party. Betty is no peach either, but the show makes it clear where they're both coming from, whether it's showing us Don's…
Oooo, I like that.
I always got the feeling this was her goal when she was on XOJane. Her schtick just seemed so contrived. I'm sure her drug problem is real, but there was always a sense of her presentation being carefully orchestrated - "look how beautifully tragic and hip and nihilistic I am!" I've met plenty of people like this in…
