Me neither, but I'm a little bummed there are no ghosts this season.

Gen X covers a huge range of years. Many of us graduated into a shit economy with no jobs. The Dot Com prosperity dialogue of the 90s often covered up that for many of us, there weren't jobs - the media just didn't talk about it like they do now. Also much of Gen X has run into the "Baby Boomers who refuse to retire"…
Goddammit. This is the only fall show I'm anticipating and mental hospital ghosts were high on my wish list. I don't want a serial killer or a deformed monster who lives in the boiler room. I want something creepy and supernatural.
Agreed. I've been accused of being one of these women, which is a logic pretzel that blows my mind - "you're only at the Con to bask in our attention, which you want even though you scorn us, because you can't get attention in the real world, even though I've obviously rated you as too attractive to be truly geeky."
You don't understand what women are attracted to. Where they are in the career doesn't mean shit to a lot of us. Good looks, fun personality, hard cock - that's what a lot of us go for. And yes, plenty of us like them young.
That's actually what I like best about him. I need a lot of space, so my ideal man or woman would be intensely involved in their own interests. All the non-geeks I date smother me to death.
I just want to be treated like an individual, and not an interchangeable woman who he assumes will respond to certain psychological triggers and bait. But I see what you're saying and I agree - getting shot down after being direct will definitely shape your game.
Actually I think traditional dating - going to dinner and getting to know each other - is kind of a rarity, except with online daters. Those people get together for coffee and proceed somewhat traditionally.
I think you're my twin.
I would love to date geeks, but they never seem very interested in me. Instead I'm always chased by these conventionally pretty and very mainstream people who share none of my interests.
Agreed. It's very reductive and snide.
I was about to say the same thing. The Casey Anthony trial elicited some really detailed comments on the many things men wanted to do to her.
I liked the black and white part, then quickly changed my opinion.
Ditto. I'm between a 34F-34G and it's just easier and more comfortable to keep them held snugly in place. They've also held up superbly, and I attribute some of that to the constant support.
The sequel had better star Joe Manganiello. I already have the storyline.
Why shouldn't it be?
I find this gratifying, as I have always gravitated naturally toward eating small frequent meals rather than the 3 squares plan. My parents were always convinced I would wind up obese; instead they struggle with their weight and I eat without worry while staying fit. However, I think it also relates to eating only…
Sundays have special kid-programming at the Con, and there is quite a bit on the Exhibit Hall floor that appeals to them every day. So I do understand why people want to bring their kids.
Granted, I'm a copywriter and it's my job to catch errors, but it's incredible how many of my clients are blind to to their own mistakes. Multiple, obvious, glaring mistakes that might as well be in bright red font to me.
I wanted some Steve Newlin and I was really upset that they killed one of the few strong, appealing women on the show. I didn't care for Luna on the L Word, but on TB she's been a welcome change from most of the female characters.
