I'm hoping his godhood is a lot like when he was the orgy guru in the President Palin time.

Terra Nova and Alcatraz, Awake if done right. I'm pretty sure The Secret Circle ads will irritate me when I watch Supernatural.
That scene with the brother scared the crap out of me as a kid. To the point where I was afraid to look out my bedroom window that night.
It took this post to make me realize that TV shows have never really scared me. Shows like Crypt and Tales from the Darkside are just cheesy (though I love them) and X Files and Twilight Zone could be disturbing (especially the necrophile on the former.) But it's rare for shows to be truly scary the way a movie can.
I'm the same way. I think if I had come into it without expectations, I would have accepted it more, though not loved it. But being a fan of the comic had me invested, and the trailer released last summer was so good and so promising that I really thought it would be the best show over. And then it wasn't.
I love watching it just for the intro. That and the intro to Are You Afraid of the Dark? are so nostalgic for me.
Yeah, I feel like there are enough heat-related deaths on the news to kick up our danger rating a bit.
Seconded.
Honestly, I can understand the desire to root around in crypts and dig up corpses and solve art mysteries. I do think it's disrespectful to take someone's skull and use it for our own curiosity, though da Vinci himself was no stranger to using dead bodies. And I think a certain amount of mystery is nice - a world…
I love Beto Hernandez but Yeah! just didn't work for me, what I remember of it. I'm mostly excited that Chester Brown's Paying For It and vol. 2 of Dark Shadows has been released.
Aw, I thought this story was sweet.
I don't understand why so many people have a story about finding porn in the woods/nature as kids. Is this really that common? what was it about the past that made it so hard to hide your porn somewhere it wouldn't get rained on?
Loras reminded me of Leonardo DiCaprio and I found it really distracting. The best scenes for me were the Ned/Jaime fight and when Catelynn and Tyrion were ambushed. Otherwise it was kind of a meh episode, perhaps because Daenerys wasn't in it.
I've been waiting to see the sky cell, because it gave me the heebie jeebies in the book like nothing else. Just thinking about it made my palms sweat. I felt they totally nailed the terror of it, except I was expecting it to be a bit smaller.
That was really beautiful. If only Dali had done Fantasia.
Here's hoping for lots of Alcide and Jessica, and less Sookie.
Your ASD neighbor gives great hugs? I always blamed my stiff hugs on the AS and not liking to be touched by most people. I envy your friend.
I love your screen name. One of my favorite writers.
I'm cautiously excited for Alcatraz. It's a great starting premise and yay for Jorge Garcia and Sam Neil, but JJ Abrams has a spotty track record with me. Still, there's no mystery in my current TV diet so here's hoping this supplies it.
Everyone who visits me wants to go to Tombstone and the Bird Cage, so I've seen it a few times now. Nothing has ever happened but it really does have a powerful atmosphere, so I can see why people would "sense" things and whatnot.
