I was wondering when I read that part if he was implying he was drinking at the time (9:04 PM). While it might seem stupid to tell on yourself like that, I do often hear people try to invoke that excuse for stuff like this, as though it will absolve them in some way.

I mean, they could have just given him as shitty ham and cheese sandwich and a thing of milk if he was so hungry. They didn’t have to (and shouldn’t have) stopped at a fucking Burger King to pick him up a Whopper combo.  Like, come on, man, how you can you even attempt to defend that fuck shit?

We’re not talking about Jeremy’s statement (which was more than just ‘suck my dick’), we’re talking about Moore’s inadequate response. How an official responds to criticism absolutely matters.

Defunding the police isn’t going to change that. There needs to be a drastic change in policy and procedures.

I think the “few bad apples” saying fits perfectly here.

He was THIIIIIIIIS close to getting canned by the Mayor because of an outrageous statement he just made; I’d be sitting up straight at attention for 9 hours while my constituents called me a cocksucker. Yeah, the comments weren’t “constructive,” but they were expressing real anger at the chief of Police, so they

I’ll let Chris Rock respond:

The terrible thing is that her name is like immediately below in the instagram posted embedded in the thread. Like right below the error.

Chiara? Try Ciara

This comment took an interesting left turn. From “Be wary of white women falsely accusing black men of crimes” to “Let’s not investigate a white woman accusing a white man of something that he has already been known due to do and of something for which she has some corroborating evidence even though a failure to

Exactly, we call it the burrito method. I don’t want a zipper going down the top of my cover.

Well of course you can choose your own adventure, but I think that Chrissy talking here about she isn’t proud of the things she used to say when she thought of herself as just an internet snark and she appreciates that she has had the chance to be better. She straight up says that she now thinks about the things she

But neither woman is doing what she has accused them of doing. Yes, Marie Kondo is selling items, but they aren’t branded. They are actually what Alison claims she wants, supporting existing manufacturers of products she uses. And Chrissy Tiegan isn’t running a content farm like she was accused of.

It is also pretty unbelievable she did an Asian accent in her interview - that, I can say, is really crass.

She also sabotaged herself by attacking an executive producer of her upcoming show!!

Chrissy Teigen’s cookbooks are the only celebrity cookbooks I own. I don’t follow her on Twitter (I’m not on Twitter at all!) and so I’m not a “fan” of that sort, but I bought the first cookbook after reading a rave review and now I own them both. They’re AMAZING - nearly everything I’ve cooked from them has been a

That’s exactly why Alison is a moron. Of all the people to choose to make snide, unfunny and unoriginal comments about, how fucking stupid would you have to be to go for the ones that are currently very popular? You are literally explaining her idiocy to us while weirdly trying to say it’s not that bad or claim it

Quote from article before edited: “For the low, low price of $19.99, please to by my cutting board.”

She sounds like an entitled smug asshole but hey she makes good recipes so she's actually cool.

Unfortunately, I know some people who have worked for and interacted with Alison and reported that she is... not a nice person. In fact, she was sort of egregiously careless with other people’s feelings. Not the way they put it, they used more profanity. I was super disappointed to hear this at the time, but at this
