I saw that Huayra out on the road, it is really something else
You know Jason as a fellow “car guy” I love car week, in the years of living here I have seen just about everything on the road and have gotten the opportunity to go to some of the bigger shows.
I’ve got a first gen Scion TC with 156K on the clock that I will be trying to offload next year. We are the original owner, its a California Car, etc. etc. I wonder how difficult of a time I will have selling it.
Not that I have seen really, it’s mostly European cars at all of these events. The only thing that comes to mind that I have seen was the NSX prototype at last year’s Pebble Beach.
I miss working at Quail Lodge, it is a great place. I remember the first car show they held, it's cool to see how it has grown
Yeah, I am a Monterey local, Marina to be exact, I can even hear the cars at the track from my house on the loud days. Over the past 15 or so years that I have lived in the area some real high dollar real estate developments have sprung up along the highway 68 corridor near the track, like Pasadera, Monterra, and the…
I have listened to a lot of Vince Staples lately and I like it. I think you would probably dig it too. This and his Hell Can Wait album are pretty solid. Sure there is a little swag but a lot of classic LA hardcore rap given a little update.
Let me guess O’Reilly? I always made it a point to shop at O'Reilly rather than the AutoZone accross the street because thier employees are always so much more helpful and enjoyable to interact with.
Yeah I remember hearing about that happening at the Ocean Beach contest. That's why I asked that place is gnarly especially in the winter. Pacifica is much more chill, also I know a few Bay area guys go to Monterra.
Your lady surf Ocean Beach? I remember when Todd got bit at Reservation State Beach in Marina a buddy and myself were surfing a mile up the beach at Seaside. That was pretty trippy to realize that you were in the water at the same time.
I plan on doing this exact thing!
Jolie, can you tell me any more about oxygenated bleach? I use it all the time from cleaning beer bottles for my homebrew operation to cleaning the cloth car seats that the kids seem to spill everything they can get their hands on.
All I want is something like the new VR headsets fully integrated into a racing simple.
The Camping Word Truck race is in rain delay so they are showing Lee Mans on FS1!
So I dove in and picked up a Stone Imperial Russian Stout (and their excellent Enjoy By). It is what I expected it to be. Big coffee toffee roasted malt flavor with strong alcohol finish. I like it but I am not sure how often I would buy it, probably every once in a while. I find them way too heavy for me, I like…
So I am the opposite of you, I love IPA's even the face melting triples but I don't care for stouts or porters. But I think I need to give them a fair shot
I was there! I was asked to move so they could take photos. Ha ha. Good for them!
