From past stories like this, this type of death is about the worst you can inflict on a child. It's slow and horrific. The poor kid would never look "peaceful." It's a death I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This is going to give me nightmares.

I bet that for the last two weeks, with alla the outpouring of parental sympathy for him, he was probably thinking, "Yesss! Home free!" If he could make the death look sympathetic enough, hang it on heartstrings, less chance his extremely fishy behavior would be called to light.
