I was actually talking about this yesterday. With the male nudity it has more of an implication of humiliation, i.e. the dude the Dothraki's dragged around and Hodor, when he was shamed and giggled at and told to put his clothes on. Theon's scenes were all about the sex, though. (Not that I minded.)
