BUYER BEWARE - Eufy uses a plastic gear in the drive wheels for the 11S vac. If the wheel gets stuck it can strip the gearing and it makes the vac much much louder. Eufy will send you replacement vacs or wheels to fix this, but it will happen again. We are on our 4th one in a year
