I can’t tell you how many people I’ve talked to who initially thought that perks worked like a tree, and that you had to max out the first perk before moving down to the second, then the third.

She’s great, the other actors are great, the directors have been great, the design/costumes/effects are all great. And yet, these are all incredibly shitty garbage films. Truly unwatchable and embarrassing.

I understand that there is a perk to share resources between settlements, but you should just be able to do that by default. I’m not going to fucking cart shit back and forth, and I’m not going to waste XP to get that perk.
