I don’t understand why they are prosecuting her at all. There was no criminal intent here — she’s just stupid (as was her boyfriend).

All probation is supervised up front for a period of time. If you behave for a little bit, you can petition the court for unsupervised probation. In this case, she’ll have a year or two then go on unsupervised as long as she has a job, and stays out of trouble.

She needs to be supervised.

A shot gun is used if you want to kill the intruder in your home. The .50 cal is used if you want to kill the intruder in your neighbors home, in the basement, behind the fridge.
